Greetings and welcome to you from the family of Upon This Rock International Ministry, Inc. (The ROCK).
My name is Pastor Carl “Kevin” Creech, Senior Pastor of The ROCK. Here we strive to be a place where you can bring both your heart and mind to search for a deeper relationship with God. More importantly, you will find out that God is already here.
We are all part of the family of God and would rejoice to have you join us in servitude for God. In short you will find us to be God-centered individuals who are excited about having the opportunity to extend to you the same love, hope and joy we have received from the Lord.
Together, we’re striving to become the kind of church described in the Bible, where there’s teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, and constant prayer. We’d like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence the community one life at a time.
We invite you to visit us for Sunday Services at 10:30 am and Wednesday evenings Bible Learning at 7:30 pm.

OUR VISION
Changing the world and its communities one soul at a time through healing, deliverance, and teaching the mind of Christ; by the aid of the Holy Spirit.
To build churches solely for the edifying of the body of Christ.
OUR MISSION
To reach as many souls for the purpose of preparing them for kingdom living, through healing of the sick, delivering the oppressed, and teaching the unadulterated word of God.
To strategically plant churches throughout the world as led by God for the purpose of assembling ourselves in teaching, praying and worship.
OUR HISTORY
Upon This Rock International Ministry "The ROCK" was founded by Senior Pastor Carl “Kevin” Creech and Pastor Sallie Creech in 2011 in White Plains, MD.
Now located in Waldorf, MD, The ROCK continues to impact Waldorf and surrounding communities. Our focus is on changing the community through services that motivate and challenge individuals to fulfill their local, regional, and international responsibilities, while fighting the good “fight of faith.”
WHAT WE BELIEVE
God & Jesus
We believe there is only one true God who has revealed Himself to us as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each with distinct attributes.
God alone is Creator of all things perfect.
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and is standing as mediator between God and man.
Salvation
We believe the shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only grounds for salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ by faith.
Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is a gift bestowed upon every believer for the purpose of equipping and empowering the believer.
Baptism
We believe water baptism by immersion soon after accepting Christ as a personal Savior, is a testimony of death to sin and resurrection to a new life.
The Word
We believe in the full inspiration of the Word of God.
The Lord's Supper
We believe the Lord's Supper, consisting of the elements, bread and the fruit of the wine is the symbol expressing that we share in the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ.
